Spencer has been the pastor of Emmanuel Chippenham since its foundation in April 2005.
A graduate in Physics, Spencer worked as an industrial Physicist before entering the ministry. He trained at the Cornhill Training Course while a trainee at Spicer Street, St. Albans.
Spencer is married to Ruth and has four sons.
God is at work by the Spirit through his word changing lives as an example to everyone
