Spencer has been the pastor of Emmanuel Chippenham since its foundation in April 2005.
A graduate in Physics, Spencer worked as an industrial Physicist before entering the ministry. He trained at the Cornhill Training Course while a trainee at Spicer Street, St. Albans.
Spencer is married to Ruth and has four sons.
